Occasionally the meat isn't cooked quite right. (A little overdone.) Prices are real good.

Excellent food always fresh! I know what it’s like to work for minimum wage and it’s NOT even enough to keep food on the table at times! But keep striving to the staff! Your doing great everyone!!! OX 💋

Need more choices. Food quality has gone down some since our last visit. Carrot cake was bad. Staff was great.

Some of the menu items have changed. There is a need for a detailing crew to clean the drink island (slushy machine) was dreadfully discustimg the last two times I purchased dinner not to mention the separate price I paid for a drink pass. Things sure have changed. Maybe if customers would not waste so much food the company would be able to cut out the second charge for each customer who may be thirsty while enjoying the Buffet's meal choices which vary according to day and time of visit. Be sure to call ahead to ensure the menu is the menu you are expecting so you wont be disappointed.

As always food was good and service. Lanieka and Ofelia are special servers. These 2 young women take an interest in our lives. It is nice to be greeted with a smile and to feel like family. Old Country Buffet offers a senior discount Monday thru Friday from 1:00-4:00 pm. Cost is right at $10.00, and that includes a beverage.

Typical old country buffer everything lacks seasoning but its good for what you pay

Usually I would give 5 stars but today my family went for lunch and the salads and service was great however the chicken and the remainder of our food we got tasted old and dry. My banana pudding was amazing as usual. I just wish the main entree foods were more fresh and not dry.

My lady and I stopped in there for breakfast, and I was extremely disappointed to say the least. I nearly asked for my money back. TERRIBLE! !!!! If you desire good food,at a good price, don't go there. You will be dissatisfied. ...

Absolutely disgusting. This is the 3rd time I come in and the place is a mess, food all over walls and tables, it even smelled like urine, bathroom was a mess, pizza was burned, chicken looked old, bread rolls were not fully cooked, they would take forever to replace fresh new meals, and the workers were just talking amoung themselves, being quite incompetent. Will take my family elsewhere and let my friends know to do the same.

Food and service is always good. Taco and soup bar was not fresh, dried out items, was not appitzing at all.

Great customer service by the host... But it stopped there. My 7 year old daughter found a sheet metal screw melted into the cheese on her slice of pizza. The host took it to the manager (Mona) who stayed in the kitchen and said nothing to us about it. After talking it over with my family , we decided to not eat there. The host notified the manager (Mona). Who came out of the kitchen and said it's not there fault, it was there vendor to blame. While giving us our refund , she told my daughter who was clearly disappointed that she couldn't eat there this time because her parents were upset. I would avoid this location until they change managers.

Pretty good food and very nice staff..

It was okay. The baked chicken breast was dry. The meatballs and meatloaf were lukewarm. The orange chicken was good and the carrot cake was good. Usually the cake is dry from sitting out uncovered. The employees were nice.

The food here is better than at a lot of other buffets. There's always a good variety of foods, and dessert too. Sometimes drinks are extra, sometimes not. The staff are friendly. The prices are about what you'd expect.

Great family place love the food

The variety, quality and price are exceptional. Hostesses very helpful. I just wish they could do something regarding the people who cannot eat very much.

1st of all it takes alot of bad things for me to not wanna come back. We thought what a great place To have lunch than the old country buffet when we got there we were told that it was dinner time at noon and Sundays at 11 is considered dinner. 1st of all dinner is at 4 to 6pm who is there right mind has dinner at 11am. Are you kidding your going to charge us full price for lunch just cause its sunday, shame on you for cashing in and taking advantage of people who go to church and lunch on Sunday. 2nd The food was so dry every single plate I had I took 2 bites off of and put it back the food was nasty the only thing that tasted good was my ice cream and I ate the whole thing is I was so hungry.

Ill give it 4 stars ,been in yakima for about 2 weeks. Was debating on trying out this place . Over all a clean place , most food was decent, except the meat and ham , got some ham or Turkey thought it looked good but had a funky flavor to it . Then got some carne asada. And it was just horrible raw, dripping blood. Just rare , i tried chewing it. Eating it. Didnt happen . I had to just give up. Staff is good , friendly workers.

A chain Buffet. Can always find something you like. Down fall...cold plates...not really hot food. Regulation temp but cools quickly.

I really enjoy dining here the staff is always friendly and willing to make your experience the one it could possibly be. The food is quite good and they have enough variety in what they serve that it doesn't get bland or boring.

This was my second time there. The first time was good however now I'm sorry to say was poor. It was during peek time for dinner and not once did I see a managers presence the waitress ofeilia was very nice and attentive. The place was clean. It was very hot inside. The food most seemed to be old. Baked beans was more thick than peanut butter. The roast beef I did not eat but could see it was do tough the Carver could not cut it .. hands down a very unpleasant experience. Whoever was in charge needs to be reminded that most people are treating themselves and choose to go there. I'll m highly disappointed with my visit.

Literally one of the worst buffet experiences I've ever had. It starts with how the buffet is set up, very confusing and random and ends with a very low quality food product. The only good thing I had was the Mister PIbb. For the price of the buffet you'd be better off to go to Miner burger and split a Big Miner or go to B-Dubs.

Great service but the chicken was extremely dry, vegetables were all over cooked and unseasoned. Seriously the best thing was the salad bar. They really need to be better I've gone maybe 2/3 times this year and it's been pretty dissapointing each time.

Awesomeness place to eat out with family. Loved the different variety of foods to choose from. We all were stuffed and happy afterwards. Definitely going again soon! Waiting table's-ladies did a good job! Very friendly environment to be eating out.

Got food poisoning. Service was questionable at best. For the lack of business, you would think the staff would have time to clean and that all of the cups would not have been empty. Won't go back.

Doesn't have nearly enough variety I crave but it does have a decent menu selection. Very tasty food but lacks the wholesome homestyle I thought was available.

Our server today, Priscilla, was incredibly kind, spoke to our party both in English and Spanish, as well as a hard worker, cleaning up and greeting the other tables in her section. Great food in great quality despite being a buffet.

WHERE,S THE BEEF?,,,we came to eat at the buffet ,and took our chances it would be better this time, because the past few times we came here to eat the selection was lousy ,only vegetables and chicken cooked every which way,in the past the selections were awsome, but now there,s no meat loaf ,pot roast, its pretty dissapointing, aand the prices are high
